Include www and non-www domains

1. Click on "Set Up" under SSL Zen. This would allow you to start setting up the plugin from start. 

2. When at step 1 make sure that you have selected the checkbox that says "Include-www" 

3. Complete the plugin setup. This would cover both your domains www and non-www.
