"Not all authorizations are valid" error at Step 2
Three fixes, in order:
- Most common cause: WordPress installed in a subfolder (e.g.
/home/bcyh6ur88/public_html/site) instead of root (/home/bcyh6ur88/public_html/). Check via WordPress Admin → Tools → Site Health → Info → WordPress Constants → ABSPATH. Fix by moving WordPress to the root folder (back up first) — this also then covers all subfolders under one cert. - Re-run the plugin setup (for Premium, make sure the premium plugin file itself was uploaded, not free).
- Deactivate any other SSL plugins — they can conflict with SSL Zen.
