Rate Limit Issue while installing SSL

Let's Encrypt's Duplicate Certificate limit is 5 identical-domain-set certs per week / 10 certs per domain per week. Once hit, you must wait a week — it cannot be manually cleared. Check your cert history at crt.sh, diagnose at letsdebug.net. More info: letsencrypt.org/docs/rate-limits/.
